From first enquiry to the day you get home.
How it works
The same steps apply whether you book a ready-made tour online or ask us to design a trip.

Step 1: Choose or ask
Browse destinations and tours, or tell us about the trip you want using the planning form.

Step 2: Plan and price
Pick a departure date and travellers, or work with us on a custom itinerary. You see the total, what is included, and the deposit and balance schedule before you commit.

Step 3: Book and pay
Create your booking and pay the amount due using a payment method we offer. A payment counts only once it has been verified.

Step 4: Confirmation
Some bookings are confirmed automatically once paid; others need us to check availability first. We tell you which applies, and your booking page always shows its status.

Step 5: Prepare
Your itinerary and documents are available in your account, and you will receive reminders as your departure approaches.

Step 6: Travel and afterwards
We stay reachable while you travel and are glad to hear how it went when you are home.
