Booking terms
The terms that apply when you book a trip with Voyara.
This is a structured starting draft. It is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Voyara must replace the bracketed items with its real commercial terms and have the page checked before relying on it. Remove this notice once the content has been checked and approved.
1. Your booking
A booking is a request to reserve the trip, travellers and date you selected. It becomes a confirmed booking only when Voyara tells you so in writing. Your booking reference identifies the booking; it is not proof of identity.
2. Prices and currency
Prices are shown in the currency stated for each tour and are calculated by our system from the options you select. Taxes, fees and optional extras are shown before you pay. [State whether prices can change before confirmation and why.]
3. Deposits and balances
Where a deposit applies, the amount and the date the balance falls due are shown before you confirm. [State consequences of missing a payment date.]
4. Payment
A payment counts towards your booking only when it has been verified. See payments and refunds.
5. Changes by you
You can ask to change dates, traveller numbers or details from your booking page. Changes depend on availability and supplier conditions and may change the price. [State any change fees.]
6. Cancellation by you
See the cancellation policy.
7. Changes or cancellation by us
[State when Voyara may change an itinerary or cancel a departure, and what you are offered if that happens.]
8. Travellers and responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of traveller details, for having valid travel documents, and for any health, insurance and entry requirements of your trip. [Add liability, insurance and force majeure wording after legal review.]
9. Complaints
Tell us as soon as possible if something is not right so we can try to put it right. [State how complaints are handled.]
10. Governing law
[State governing law and jurisdiction.]
